"Aanrader. Voor als je Mens 4.0 wilt worden. Ietwat sceptisch begonnen aan deze reis. Echter verrassend, leerzaam en ontspannend. Je leert je hoofd en hart in balans te brengen. Waardoor je heel relaxed wordt. Echt meer van mijzelf leren kennen. Maar ook heel veel gelachen. Lieve mede cursisten en coaches. De laatste zijn goed op elkaar ingespeeld en niet te vergeten in een prachtige serene omgeving.

Tijdens het retreat heb ik goed de spiegel bij mezelf voor kunnen houden en heb ik middels de sessies waardevolle gesprekken gehad waaruit nieuwe inzichten vloeiden die ik met veel liefde met me mee naar huis heb genomen. Paul is een fijne coach die mij boeiende en nieuwe inzichten gaf. Terry is sprankelend en zorgzaam en weet met humor het zware randje er van af te halen.

Mijn thema was ongeduld. Met vooraf een test, kregen de coaches wat meer inzicht in mij. Dat werkte volgens mij wel wat verhelderend.
Op een hele leuke en speelse maar toch intensieve manier zijn wij aan de slag gegaan. Ik had sessies een op een en ook in de groep.
Bovendien was er veel humor en een geweldige mooie sfeer die ook wel heel vertrouwd voelde. Hoe Paul en Terry het voor elkaar hebben gekregen weet ik niet, maar mijn ongeduld is een stuk verminderd. Dus ik zeg ja voor een volgende keer! Dank jullie wel
